We’ve dined at Georgian restaurants in several cities - Chicago, New York, DC, Barcelona - and the khinkali at Saperavi were likely the best we’ve had. The mushroom mixture had delicious flavor and a hint of spice. We enjoyed the pkhali trio, country pot potatoes and the adjapsandali. And the adjaruli was fantastic! Ended with the Napoleon cake. Enjoyed it all with a Georgian amber wine. Highly recommend!
