Saperavi will be re-opening its doors for in-house dining and take-outs on the 20th January 2022. The health and well-being of our customers and staff are of paramount importance. We want you to feel completely at ease, able to enjoy your dining experience with us without any overhanging concerns.

Towards this goal our staff have been trained and certified in “Clean it Right” by Manitoba’s MTEC. In addition to following all the Provincial Health Guidelines we are also taking the following precautions:

• All staff have been trained specifically in covid-19 specific practices 

• All staff are temperature tested before each shift·     

• All staff are required to wear a face mask at all times

• Staff will sanitize and disinfect shared surfaces frequently

Customers must be wearing a face mask to enter the restaurant. And whereas masks can be removed whilst seated at the table, masks are mandatory when moving around the restaurant.

Private Dining

Our private dining area is a contemporary space which can accommodate up to 25 guests for private use (12 minimum). We offer flexible seating arrangements that can be adapted to suit your needs. The room is situated at the front of the building, has great natural light and is equally suited to a celebration, a business meeting or simply a gathering of friends.

We will do our utmost to make your event a success and are happy to arrange the menu to suit your requirements.
